On Saturday, June 11th, , Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios held the first Z-Ultimate University of Martial Arts Professionals Open House at our National Headquarters in Huntington Beach, CA.

Guided by Los Angeles and Ventura County District Manager & 4th Degree Black Belt Eric Perlman and other key members of the Z-Ultimate family, students interested in learning how to help others transform their lives through the power of personalized martial arts instruction gathered together to hear inspirational stories of what martial arts has done for others and get a tour of the beautiful, 20,000 square foot headquarters facility.

They were also fortunate to train with none other than Shihan Paul Taylor, 9th degree Black Belt and Senior Master of Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios, and then learn of the different paths Z-Ultimate has to offer for someone interested in becoming an instructor or staff member with Z-Ultimate.

It was an information-packed day, filled with success stories and the kind of family atmosphere that is a hallmark of a Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios event.  Students who attended left with not only a greater personal knowledge of the martial arts, courtesy of training with Shihan Taylor and other Masters, but also the realization of what a gift it is to be able to lead someone in their personal journey through the martial arts as an instructor.
